Trained one while toying around with ROM-hacking tools... ultimately ended up regretting boxing the Togepi on my cart, so I withdrew him, nicknamed him Isaac, and EV-trained him for 4 HP, 252 Sp. ATK (Or as I call it, Magic), and 252 SPD (I totally forgot about paraflinching when I EV-trained him! XD).
His current moveset consists of Extrasensory, Aura Sphere, Air Slash, and Fire Blast. FB's probably the weak link since the attack typing is redundant... Air Slash and Aura Sphere can cover what FB does. I may have to pick up Thunder Wave after all.
