Definitely using this!
Back in Gen II, Tyranitar was the best one to use to the point that it was almost hard to counter it to the point that not even Mewtwo could beat him, that's until Gen III came around and gave Fighting Type moves to other Psychic type users (even though the only fighting type-move Mewtwo could use at the time was Brick Break and Focus Punch.)
